Vertigo Adventures + Sky Safari Paragliding have the need for an operations manager to oversee bookings, client liaison and guided activities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would be (or include)
Role:The primary role requires you to manage our existing bookings. Very good communications skills on whatsapp + email with an emphasis on PROMPT replies and proactive forward thinking is required.
A secondary role as an adventure guide is an added bonus (but NOT a pre-requisite) and you will receive (along with other permanent staff) preferential allocation of any guided trips falling within your scope.
The role has the potential to be semi-flexible, however the first 6 months would require full time presence at the Vertigo store in Cape Town CBD.
Occasional retail assistance would be required.
