Owner and Operator of Vertigo Gear & Vertigo Adventures. Tristan's experience spans Alpine, Big Wall, paragliding, Trad as well as backcountry ski-ing. He revels in sharing this with others being MTS (Mountain Training Standards) certified, MIA (Mountain Instructor Award) and holding NQF TG26.
Mad boulderer with a wicked mustache! If you had to ask Wayne his dream place to live he'd tell you "Rocklands in a little hut". Besides being a total crusher Wayne is a certified Mountain Walking Guide, sharing his stoke with local and international climbers on guided bouldering adventures.
With her toes dipped in both the running and climbing worlds, Chloe is an all-round endurance athlete. Not content with just one sport, she also sport climbs avidly with some dabbling and a growing interest in trad for good measure.
Sarah’s ease at height naturally led her from the high-lining community into the world of climbing. Today, she’s an active member of both, contributing as a rigger and participating in a range of climbing disciplines. In addition to her hands-on experience, Sarah is also a certified Mountain Walking Guide, bringing a well-rounded skill set to every outdoor pursuit.
A qualified mountain walking guide, Peter has years of experience guiding around South Africa, with the Cape mountains being his current home. Peter is also a recently qualified rope access technician, adding a technical component to his resume. Peter loves motivating and inspiring others to discover and ignite their passion for the mountains.
Deeply immersed in the climbing community, Cole is a passionate boulderer and a familiar face to regulars at Bloc. As a private coach and route setter, he shares his knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport, inspiring climbers of all ages and skill levels.
