These pants get more comfortable the longer you wear them as the heavy-duty cotton softens.

Built by the Vertigo Team looking for an affordable and durable climbing pant we chose a non-technical cut that allowed a robust choice of fabric. The result is a lower cost due to the simple yet thick(er) fabric and lower cut & seam cost as a result of the simpler design.

Manufactured in Cape Town, we're proudly venturing into spreading the love, locally.

Comfortable climbing pants that are at home at the crag or the pub and hardy enough to sit around under the boulders or knee-scum on Table Mountain.

The relaxed fit with the diamond-shaped crotch gusset allows for remarkable freedom of movement for such tough material and the reinforced knees and seat were added specifically for our local conditions in an attempt to add durability.

The leg hem is deliberately deep to allow easy leg-lengthening for the taller climber. Harness-friendly hand pockets combined with back pockets make these great casual pants beyond the practical.
