DRIRELEASE® cotton is a functional blend of 85 % polyester and 15 % cotton. It is an eco-friendly solution that keeps the wearer cool, dry, fresh and comfortable in high-performance base layers, hiking or mountaineering apparel. The blend of synthetic and natural fibres in DRIRELEASE yarn accelerates the water release rate of DRIRELEASE fabrics. They push water and perspi-ration to the outside of a garment and into the air faster than other per-formance fabrics available on the market. The added boost of FreshGuard, embedded in DRIRELEASE blends, delivers unmatched odor control. Because fabrics made with DRIRELEASE technology do not alter their fibres with chemicals of any kind, its performance is permanent. It will not ?wash out? over time. DRIRELEASE cotton has a patented combination of hydro-phobic and hydrophilic fibres that allow them to engage with moisture naturally to dramatically improve how wetness is pulled from the skin and released into the air.
