START A RETURN
Please email us at sales@vertigogear.co.za with your order number, original purchase receipt and product details so we can find items eligible for return.
RETURNS POLICY
- Items purchased at vertigogear.co.za may be returned for up to 14 days after the original purchase date.
- All products must be returned with the original purchase receipt.
- For safety and health reasons, climbing harnesses cannot be returned. Shoes must be in their original packaging.
- Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
- Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging.
- Items purchased anywhere except vertigogear.co.za must be returned to the original place of purchase.
