New Climbers:
Learn to climb on Top Rope and progress into Lead Climbing This includes:

  • Rope Management
  • Safe Clipping
  • Anchoring and Cleaning
  • Lead Belaying and soft-fall catching technique
  • Fall safely, with confidence

Seasoned Climbers:
Improve your efficiency and technical skill set This includes:

  • Projecting a Route
  • Movement Efficiency
  • Movement skill set across different styles (vertical vs. overhanging climbs)
  • Mental preparation - Breaking your climbing plateau and pushing into harder grades
